A cosmetic surgeon has found the recipe for perfect breasts. Patrick Mallucci has spent hours poring over photos of topless models in magazines and tabloid newspapers and believes he has come up with a theory for perfect breasts.

However, many doctors are alaramed that the practice has spread so far so quickly and have warned that some of the concoctions used are not approved by American’s Food and Drug Administration. The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery warned last month that the lipodissolve shots were scientifically unproven.
