A new cosmetic surgery technique could see unwanted fat from other areas of a patient’s body being used to form natural breast implants.

Dubbed the ‘two-in-one’ operation, cosmetic surgeons first remove fat from unwanted areas such as the thighs, stomach and hips and transplant this fat into the breast area to enhance and enlarge the breasts.

The cosmetic surgery will be available in the UK for the first time early next year thanks to cosmetic surgery company the Harley Medical Group.

Pop star Pete Burns has won £450,000 in an out-of-court settlement against botched cosmetic surgery.

Burns, who was singer for 1980s pop band Dead or Alive, has undergone several bouts of cosmetic surgery, however his lip filler surgery went very wrong. Burns had already had Alloderm lip implants previously however he felt that the filler had failed to provide enough volume and definition and the implants had decreased in size over time.

The Hills star Heidi Montag considers more cosmetic surgery

Reality TV star Heidi Montag has admitted that she would consider more cosmetic surgery. Montag, 22, has already had several different cosmetic surgery operations including a rhinoplasty (nose job) and breast augmentation.

Talking to Playboy magazine Montag revealed that she had used the magazine as research. “When I was shopping for my boobs, I wanted the best so I sat down and flipped through a bunch of Playboys,” she explained.
