Former supermodel Janice Dickinson is never one to shy away from the limelight, The 53 year old beauty has recently admitted that she is addicted to cosmetic surgery and has spent over $100,000 on cosmetic enhancements to help her maintain her youthful look.

According to Star Pulse, Dickinson flies to Dallas twice a year to receive Botox and collagen injections amongst other cosmetic procedures in a bid to keep her skin tight, toned and youthful.

British Actress and judge on the TV show “Britain’s Got Talent” has admitted to having Botox. She elected to undergo the cosmetic procedure after realising that time filming in the harsh African sun and caused her to develop noticeable wrinkles on her face.

“Yes, I have had Botox,” the 37-year old actress confirmed. “I was out in South Africa filming Wild at Heart last year and I was constantly frowning in the sun. I noticed crow’s feet coming and that’s when I had it. I don’t know a single person who has not had something done.”
