Britney Spears spends $120,000 on surgery

According to news sources, Britney Spears has celebrated her life post-rehab with a cosmetic surgery makeover costing in the region of $120,000. During her rehab, she appears to have lost more then 5 kg, although it seems some of this weightloss has been down to cosmetic surgery procedures. Now free of drugs and alcohol, and exercising on a regular basis, Britney Spears has lost the bloating around her middle and is back to her slim, healthy-looking self.

Reports say that she visited Las Vegas cosmetic surgery centre Advanced Lipo Dissolve. The centre specialises in non-invasive treatments via a series of injections. The injections are claimed to dissolve fat permanently.
